There is no minimum exchange amount. For the maximum, we will do our best to accommodate your needs subject to available inventory. Please note that transactions equivalent to ¥2,000,000 or more will require a copy of your photo ID.

No separate fees or commissions are charged. Our rates are all-inclusive, with any margin built into the exchange rate (spread).

Yes, we are open on weekends and public holidays. We are open every day with no regular closing days. Our business hours are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Most transactions are completed within a few minutes. Please note that wait times may vary depending on how busy the shop is at the time of your visit.

Yes, cross-currency exchanges are possible; however, all transactions are routed through Japanese yen. For example, if you wish to exchange US dollars for euros, the process would be: USD → JPY → EUR. Please keep this in mind when planning your exchange.
